Stephen Raab has worked in a number of power industry positions which has included environmental engineering and design, operations, engineering and construction, project planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, auditing and enterprise risk management. The focus of his work has been on enhancing processes, data management and utilization, organization efficiency and continuous improvement.

Malcolm Hubbard has been an industry professional for over 25 years with a primary focus on plant management. Malcolm has fulfilled a variety of corporate positions and plant roles including plant manager. Throughout his career, Malcolm has participated in numerous company process improvement projects, both domestic and international including; outage optimization, launching a procurement department, operational excellence, LTSA enhancements, and other major resource efficiency improvement efforts.

Management & Customer Support Team
Senior Technical Consultant
Raj is responsible for coordination of cross-functional product development teams as well as the design and development of ep3 applications using the latest technologies. In addition, Raj works with the senior management team on the design of the Quad C® product platform in support of ep3’s goal of improving organization intelligence and reducing operational costs for its customers.
Director Marketing & Training Support
Carol is responsible for ep3’s marketing effort across all of the sectors it serves as well as developing and implementing training materials for our various applications. Carol is directly responsible for the organization and support of promotional events at trade shows and other venues and managing our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise.
Director IT Support and Customer Services
Deepa manages daily operations of ep3’s IT department and Cloud-based services. Interacts with customers to assure software applications are meeting customer expectations. Deepa works with Sales team to support installation of software for our customers and assists Marketing and Training with their efforts.
Director, Human Resources, Public Affairs & Investor Relations
Kelly is responsible for human resources, public affairs and investor relations. In her role, she is responsible for the development and oversight of our HR strategy, including employment, workforce planning, benefits, organizational development, as well as internal and external communications and investor relations.
